Find My must be removed so the next owner can activate the Mac.

05

No MDM or firmware password

Remote management enrollment and firmware locks must be fully removed.

06

No other known damage

Liquid damage or faults beyond the display require a separate manual evaluation.

03 / FAQ

Straight answers before you price the machine.

Are the published prices final offers?

No. The prices above apply to machines that meet the buying criteria — broken screen only, powering on, with Activation Lock, MDM, and firmware passwords removed. The final offer is confirmed after the Mac is received and verified.

What screen damage is acceptable?

Cracks, lines, flicker, dark areas, and a fully dead internal display can all fit. The Mac still needs to power on and must not be Activation Locked.

How and when do I get paid?

Pick Zelle, PayPal, check, or local cash in the intake. Payment goes out once the Mac is received and checked against your intake. If anything doesn’t match, you get a revised offer and can decline it.

Do I ship the Mac right away?

No. Send the intake and reply with photos first. Shipping details come with your confirmed offer, so nothing leaves your hands until the price is agreed.

What if I am unsure about Activation Lock?

Make sure Find My and Activation Lock are fully removed before you ship the Mac. The published prices only apply once the locks are confirmed off.

What happens to my data?

Your intake answers are sent through a mail service and delivered to the buyer for review. You'll be asked to reply with photos of the damage; back up and erase your Mac before a handoff, and never include passwords with the device.
